Rescue Global is an international Non-Governmental Organisation (iNGO), non profit, and professional consultancy working worldwide in Disaster Risk Reduction and Response (DRR&R).

Our mission is: To Save Life

We do this by empowering decision makers; working with governments, the private sector, militaries, academia and the NGO community before, during, and after disasters.

Our goal is to increase national and organisational resilience to risks and hazards by taking a full picture view, from strategic to on the ground, across the disaster cycle.

The Rescue Global mission is to save life. Empowering and enabling the world’s most vulnerable nations, contributing to truly global, multi-sector resilience for all. Operating with the highest standards of governance and risk management in the NGO sector, influencing legislation, championing sovereignty and partnering with academia, governments, NGOs and the private sector, Rescue Global impacts the entire life cycle of critical events and issues world-wide, from slavery to super storms, seeking to work ourselves out of a job.

In support of our mission: To Save Life, Rescue Global works with nations vulnerable to disasters, and with the private sector looking to manage their risks, in order to protect lives and increase resilience.

Taking an approach that spans all phases of disaster and risk management, from preparation to response, and recovery and review, we understand that actions taken across each of these phases are linked. Activities from strategic and policy level, through operational and on the ground, must be integrated.

We work to the highest levels of governance and professionalism, holding ISO 9001:2015 Quality and Risk Management certification, with highly competent and experienced teams drawn from diverse sectors: military, emergency services, the private sector, government agencies, academics and NGO practitioners.

We proactively work across all of the sectors who work in Disaster Risk Reduction and Response (DRR&R): governments, the private sector, academia, NGOs and militaries. Understand how we work with diverse sectors, and across the disaster cycle.
